Notes on Incidental Music: Musiturgy of Initial Conditions

I was invited to make a contribution to the blog Theater Music Today: Thoughts and analyses on the current practice of Theatre Music by lead researcher David Roesner, Professor of Theater Studies  at the LMU Munich. The focus for this piece is incidental music in theatre. It allowed my to explore some ideas I’ve been working with for a while, as well as coin a couple of new (?) words.
